Here, you will find information pertaining to civil registration, that may be relevant to you as a citizen of Denmark. Read more about registration of names, births, fatherhood, marriage, etc. You can also register or change your personal information via the forms that are linked to in the below.

• Names (Danish): naming of children, change of name, declaration of cohabitation, declaration of consent.

• Birth (Danish): declaration of birth

• Paternity issues:declaration of due care and responsibility, the mother's information pertaining to the paternity case, recognition of paternity, registration of paternity.(in case of stillborn children, or children deceased immediately after birth.

• Death (Danish): registration of death, registration of stillborn child.

• Marriage (Danish): Change of name on wedding day.
